Our office is located at AG 1/166B in Vikas Puri. It is a residential-feeling area of West Delhi, which makes the work environment feel a bit more relaxed than the city center. We operate out of a standard building where the rooms are filled with desks, computers, and various clinical tools. It is a place where we focus on finding solutions, which mostly involves a lot of reading, testing, and talking through problems at the big table. The walls are mostly bare except for a calendar and a few notices for the staff. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee and take our lunch breaks together. The street outside has some trees, and you can hear the local vendors passing by during the day. It isn't a high-tech lab you would see in a movie; it is just a regular workspace with people doing their jobs. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing away at keyboards. Sometimes the packages arrive late or we run out of printer ink, just like any other small business. We like the Vikas Puri neighborhood because it is easy to get to, and it is not too hectic. Most of us have been working here together for a while, so we know each other's habits. It is a steady kind of life here. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor; we just want a functional space to work. (254 words)
