Working at Shiv Shakti Road Equipments Pvt. Ltd. means you get used to the dust and the heavy lifting. We are located over at 52/12, Swarn Park, in the Udyog Nagar area of Mundka. It’s a busy spot with lots of other shops and factories around us. We deal with road machinery, so things are usually big and heavy. The yard gets pretty full of metal frames and parts waiting to be put together. Mundka can be a tough place to navigate with all the traffic, but we’ve been here long enough that it feels like home. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s mostly just the guys in the workshop making sure the pavers and rollers are ready for use. If someone calls, they’re usually talking directly to one of us who just stepped away from a welding machine. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, like when it rains and the ground gets muddy, but the work doesn't really stop. We just pull the shutters down a bit and keep going. 52/12 Swarn Park is where we spend most of our lives, honestly. We take pride in the fact that our stuff helps build the roads people drive on every day. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. There’s always something that needs fixing or a new project starting up in the corner.
