There is the sound of machinery and trucks moving around all day long. We have a decent-sized space here that fits all our equipment and the materials we work with. It is an industrial area, so it’s dusty and loud, but that is where the real work happens. We have been here for a good while. Inside, it is mostly just us keeping an eye on things and making sure nothing breaks down. We aren't the type of company that has a lot of meetings in boardrooms. Most of our talk happens on the floor while we are working. There is always a container being loaded or a list of things to check. The staff has been here a long time, and we all know how things run. It’s a practical way to earn a living. We don't put out fancy ads or try to sound like a big multinational. We are just a private limited company working out of a shed in Mayapuri. It’s hard work, but we are used to it. The trucks come and go, the days pass by, and we just keep the business moving. It’s just what we do here at A-42. We don't make a big deal out of it.
