You can find us at E 182, right near the police booth on 40 Feet Road in Om Vihar Phase 5. If you know the Uttam Nagar area, you know how busy it can get around here. There is always a lot of noise from the traffic on 40 Feet Road, with rickshaws and bikes constantly passing by. The clinic is tucked in among the other shops and houses in Phase 5. We usually get the place ready around the time the local shops start rolling up their shutters. Being near the police booth makes it easy to give people directions when they are looking for us for the first time. The building itself is just like the others on this stretch, nothing too fancy to look at. Inside, we have enough space for the locals to come in and sit down. It gets quite crowded in the evenings because this part of Om Vihar is very densely populated. We spend a lot of our time just managing the flow of people coming in from the street. The floor is tiled and we try to keep it clean, though the dust from the road always finds its way in. It is a busy spot but it works for us because we are right where the people live. We don't have a big corporate lobby, just a desk and some chairs for whoever needs them. It is a simple place that serves the people nearby.
