This is the Sembawang Infrastructure (India) Pvt. Ltd. office in New Delhi, specifically in Raghubir Nagar. We are at B-421 and 422, in the 25 Yards area. It’s a busy neighborhood and we are right in the middle of it. The office is where we handle the logistics and the planning for the construction work around this part of the city. It gets quite crowded around here during the day, which makes getting deliveries in and out a bit of a challenge sometimes. We have a few desks set up and a couple of computers to keep track of the project schedules. Most of the staff are usually out at the sites, so the office stays quiet until they come back with their reports in the late afternoon. We deal with a lot of local vendors for materials and equipment. It’s regular work, nothing too exciting, just making sure the jobs stay on track. We've seen a lot of changes in Raghubir Nagar over the years. The weather in Delhi can make the work hard, especially in the peak of summer, but we just keep at it. We try to stay on top of the files and the site photos. Being in a place like this means we are close to where the action is. It’s a straightforward operation here, no big corporate lobby or anything like that. Just us working and trying to keep everything moving forward without too many delays.
