Seattle Maritime Academy Private Limited

You’ll find us at Milap Nagar, over in Uttam Nagar West. We are on the second floor of House Number A-10. It’s a pretty standard Delhi residential building that we’ve converted for Seattle Maritime Academy Private Limited. The stairs are a bit narrow, so you have to be careful when you’re coming up. We’ve got a few rooms here where we talk about ships and sea training. It’s not a very big place, but it gets the job done for the students who come by. The area outside is always busy with people going to the market or the metro station nearby. We usually have the windows shut to keep out the dust and the noise from the street. It’s mostly just a few of us here every day, sitting at our desks and handling the paperwork. We don’t have a big fancy sign, just enough so people can find the right door on the second floor. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but that’s just life in Uttam Nagar. We have some basic chairs and tables for the classes. It’s a very local feel, nothing like those big offices you see in the city center. We know most of the people on this block. It’s a decent enough spot to run an academy. We just focus on what needs to be done each day and try to help the guys who want to work on ships.
