Our spot is House 33, Street 3, in Deep Enclave, Part II. That’s over in Vikash Nagar, near Uttam Nagar. It’s a lively area of New Delhi, always full of people and activity. We’ve been operating from this location for quite some time now. Logistics is basically our life. We deal with all the details of moving goods around, which means a lot of checking manifests and talking to shippers. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we get the job done. It gets pretty loud on the street sometimes, especially with the construction that always seems to be happening nearby. We have a small team here who really knows the ins and outs of the business. We don’t bother with the corporate polish you might find in some of the bigger firms. We just talk like normal people and try to solve problems as they pop up. Sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery being late or paperwork getting stuck at the customs office, and we just have to sit down and figure it out. It’s practical work. Most of us live right around here, so the commute is short, which is a blessing in Delhi traffic. We take pride in just being a local business that people can rely on. It’s about getting through the day’s list and making sure the customers are taken care of. We keep our files organized and our minds focused on the task.
