Savechildlife Foundation

You can find the Savechildlife Foundation over in West Patel Nagar. We’re at 29/66 on the second floor. It’s a typical neighborhood building, nothing too special from the outside. The stairs can be a bit steep if you’re carrying things, but we’re used to it by now. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our computers. We spend a lot of time talking on the phone and trying to coordinate things for the kids. The area around Patel Nagar is pretty lively, so there’s always something happening right outside the window. We didn’t start this to sit in a fancy glass building. We wanted to be close to where the people are. Our office is a bit cluttered with papers and notes stuck to the walls. It’s how we keep track of everything. Sometimes the internet goes slow, and we all just have to wait a minute. We’re just a small group trying to help out where we can. It’s hard work and the days can be really long, especially when there’s a lot of cases to handle. We don’t have any big slogans or anything like that. We just show up every morning and see what needs to be done. If you ever walk by, you’ll probably see us through the window working late. It’s just how we operate. No frills, just the work. We've been here quite a while and have no plans on moving elsewhere.
