Sandhu Forging India

Sandhu Forging India is over at WH 42 in the Mayapuri Industrial Area Phase I. It’s a place where there is a lot of noise and heat from the machines. We work with metal and do forging for various parts. The building at WH 42 is basically a large shed with heavy equipment inside. Mayapuri is a tough area with a lot of industrial units and scrap yards. We spend our days around the forge, and it gets incredibly hot, especially in June. There’s a lot of oil and grease on the floor, so we always wear heavy boots. We’ve been at this spot in Phase I for a good while. It’s not a clean job, and we usually go home covered in soot. Sandhu Forging India is just a small outfit. We have a couple of big hammers that make the whole floor shake when they are running. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If you come to see us at WH 42, you’ll likely find us right in the middle of the work. We talk to each other by shouting over the noise. It’s a very physical way to earn a living. We just focus on getting the metal shapes right for the orders. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit of air when the heat gets too much inside. It’s a basic industrial life for us, but it’s what we know.
