Our office for Samiah International Builder'S Pvt. Ltd. is located in Hari Nagar, specifically at Cd-22 E in the Dda Flats near Ghanta Ghar. It’s a well-known area in New Delhi, and we’ve been here for quite a while. We aren't your typical high-rise construction firm with a glass lobby. We work out of a regular flat because that’s all we really need to get the planning and paperwork done. We spend a lot of our time looking at blueprints and talking to site supervisors on the phone. Building things is a messy business, and our office often reflects that with stacks of plans and samples lying around. We don't have a PR team writing our stuff for us. We just tell people what we are working on and how the progress is going. Sometimes projects get delayed because of the weather or materials not showing up, and we just have to be honest about those things. We’ve got a small group of dedicated people here who actually care about the buildings we put up. We like being in Hari Nagar; it feels connected to the community. People often just drop by to ask questions about our current projects or just to say hello. We don't mind. We prefer the direct approach over fancy brochures. We’re just a local builder trying to do decent work from our office at Cd-22 E. It’s a solid way to do business.
