Sai Clinic

We have been here in Vikaspuri at DG-2/ 3b for a good while now. Our place is on the first floor, right above the shops. You have to walk up a flight of stairs that can be a bit narrow, so we always tell people to watch their step. Inside the SAI Skin Centre, it’s mostly just a few rooms where we do our daily work. The morning sun comes through the front windows and makes it quite bright until about noon. We have some old chairs in the waiting area and a stack of magazines that have seen better days. It’s not a fancy office with a big reception desk. It’s just a simple wooden table where we keep the patient files and a pen that sometimes runs out of ink. The neighborhood is usually busy, so there’s always the sound of traffic or people talking downstairs. We try to keep the floors clean, but with so many people coming in and out, it’s a constant task. We know a lot of the folks who live around here by their first names. It feels like a small part of the community. We close up when the sun goes down and the shops below start to pull their shutters. It’s a basic setup that works for us and the people who come to see us. We just focus on getting through the appointments and keeping things moving every day without much fuss.
