Safexpress has an office in Vikas Puri, which is a residential and commercial part of New Delhi. We are situated at Dg-Ii, 202-B. It is a pretty standard office building where we spend most of our waking hours. The work we do is all about logistics, so we are constantly tracking shipments and talking to warehouse managers. New Delhi is a massive hub, and there is never a quiet moment. Our office has a lot of energy, with people constantly moving around and checking their screens. We don't have fancy decorations or a big front desk. We just have what we need to get the job done. The air conditioner is a bit old and makes a clunking sound, but it keeps us cool enough in the summer. We drink a lot of coffee here to stay focused. Every day brings a new set of problems to solve, like a delayed truck or a missing manifest. We just work through them one by one. It is a lot of practical, hands-on work. We know the roads of Vikas Puri very well and we have seen many businesses come and go. We just keep our heads down and focus on the logistics tasks we have for the day. It is a honest way to spend the week. Sometimes we stay late when a big shipment is coming in from the city outskirts.
