Our branch is over in Bindapur Extension, which is part of the Uttam Nagar area. The address is C-19. It is a very crowded part of New Delhi, and the traffic around here can be pretty intense, especially in the evenings. We handle a lot of the express cargo and shipping that comes through this side of town. The office is usually full of the sound of tape dispensers and people shouting over the phone to be heard over the street noise. It’s a grit-and-grind kind of place. We don't have fancy furniture or a polished look. It is a working office where we focus on getting boxes onto trucks. Some of the guys have been working here since the branch opened. We know the shortcuts around Uttam Nagar to avoid the worst jams, but sometimes you just have to sit in it. We deal with all sorts of items, from small parcels to big crates. There is always something that needs to be sorted or a customer who is looking for their tracking number. It's a lot of manual work and coordination. We don't make big promises we can't keep. If a truck is delayed because of a breakdown, we tell you. We just try to keep the flow of goods moving through the city as best as we can from our little corner here in Bindapur. That’s how we operate every day. It is not always easy, but it is our job.
