Saamag Construction Ltd.

Saamag Construction Ltd. operates out of East Of Kailash in New Delhi. We are on the ground floor at 11-A/2 in Amrit Puri. Being on the ground floor is handy because we don't have to wait for the lift when we are carrying heavy folders or site models. The neighborhood is quite old and has a lot of character. Our office reflects that; it’s not some glass-and-steel modern box. It’s a solid building with rooms that have been repurposed for drafting and planning. New Delhi is a tough place to work sometimes because of the heat and the traffic, but we’ve been here long enough to handle it. We have a few desks squeezed into the main room and a small area for meetings that usually just ends up being where we eat our lunch. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have seen our sites around the city. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with suppliers and making sure deliveries arrive on time. It is a lot of small details that keep us busy. We try to keep the atmosphere light, even when things get a bit chaotic with project filings. We are just a local construction team trying to do right by our clients. It is a noisy area but we focus on our work.
