Sa Syncon Infrastructure Services India Pvt. Ltd. is based at D-54, Sewak Park in Uttam Nagar. We’re right near the Dwarka Mor Metro Station on Najafgarh Road. It’s one of the busiest parts of New Delhi, so there’s always something happening outside our door. The sound of the metro and the honking of the cars is just part of our daily routine. We’re on the 110059 side of things. Our office is a bit cramped because we have so many files and boxes of equipment everywhere. It’s a functional space, not a pretty one. We deal with infrastructure services, so our days are mostly spent on the phone or out at different sites around the city. We have a small group of people working here, and we all know each other well. There’s no formal dress code; we just wear what’s comfortable for a long day of work. Lunch is usually something we order from a nearby dhaba or bring from home. We don't have any fancy brochures or a high-tech boardroom. We just use a plain wooden table for our meetings. Sometimes the internet goes out during a storm, and we just have to wait it out. It’s a straightforward business. We do what we say we’re going to do, and we don't feel the need to use marketing talk to prove it. The street food around here is actually pretty good.
