Sa Syncon Infrastructure Services (I) Pvt.Ltd. operates out of 26 C Arjun Apartment in Vikaspuri, New Delhi. Being in an apartment building means our office feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We have a kitchen where we make our own tea and a small balcony where we take breaks. 110018 is a busy part of Delhi, and the noise of the city is always there in the background. We handle various infrastructure services, which keeps us pretty busy with paperwork and phone calls. We don't have a receptionist in a suit. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it when someone knocks. Our rooms are filled with desks and stacks of documents that we need to sort through. The traffic in Vikaspuri can be quite a mess, so we don't always expect people to show up on time for meetings. We’re pretty relaxed about that. We aren't interested in being the biggest company in the city. We just want to do our work without too much fuss. Sometimes the lift in the building breaks down, and we have to walk up the stairs, which isn't great in the summer heat. We’ve got a few old computers and a printer that makes a strange grinding noise. It’s a real office where real work happens every day. No polish, just effort and some noisy neighbors.
