S P D Realcon Llp is located right over in Uttam Nagar, specifically at Sainik Enclave Section III. If you know where Rajdhani Sweets is, we’re just a short walk from there at Plot No 125. It’s also known as Old No 9, depending on which map you’re looking at or who you ask. The shop is on the ground level, so it’s easy to duck in if you’re passing by. Uttam Nagar is always moving, and being in this part of Section III means there’s always something going on outside the door. We spend a lot of our time here just managing the daily tasks that come with running a real estate business. It’s a local shop, nothing too fancy, just a desk and some chairs where we talk through things with whoever stops in. We've been at this spot for a while now and most people around here know us by name. Being near the sweets shop is nice because it’s a landmark everyone recognizes. Dealing with property in this area keeps us on our toes. There’s always a lot of paperwork to get through, but we just take it one day at a time. The address might sound a bit confusing with the old and new numbers, but once you find Plot 125, you’re there. We like being accessible and keeping things simple for the neighbors. It's just us working out of a small shop in the enclave.
