We've been at F 57 in Mayapuri for a while now. It's an industrial zone so it's always noisy and dusty around here. We just focus on getting the work done every day. Some days are busier than others depending on what orders come in. It’s a typical workshop setup. There’s about ten of us working the floor. Most of the guys have been here since the start. We don't really do fancy office stuff; we're usually out there with the machines. The street outside can get pretty cramped with trucks loading and unloading. It’s hard work but it’s what we know. People usually just drop by if they need something made or fixed. We keep our tools organized as much as possible, though the floor gets messy by noon. It's just the way things go in Phase II. You learn to live with the power cuts and the traffic. We don't spend much time on the computer unless it's for something important. Usually, someone is always on the phone talking to a supplier or checking on a shipment. It’s not a glamorous place but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and handle whatever comes through the door. If you come by, just look for the gate at F 57, someone is usually there. We don't have a receptionist, so you might have to shout over the machines to get someone’s attention. We keep a cooler of water by the door for the guys. It gets really hot in the summer under the tin roof, but we just keep pushing through the heat.
