We’ve got a small team that manages the different projects we’ve got running. It’s a lot of logistics and making sure the right people are in the right place. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on the jobs we have in front of us. The office itself is filled with maps and project charts pinned to the walls. It’s more about function than looks here. We’ve been in this part of Delhi for a while, so we’re used to the noise and the pace of the city. We just show up every morning, drink our chai, and get to work on whatever the schedule says for that day. It's a busy life but it keeps us going.
