Rudraksh Consulting

Our spot is in Paschim Vihar, at A 3/17. If you know New Delhi, you know this part of town is a bit of a maze with all the blocks and gates. Rudraksh Consulting operates out of this space, and it’s a fairly straightforward setup. We aren't trying to impress anyone with expensive furniture or a high-rise view. It’s a busy neighborhood, and there is always some construction or noise happening nearby. Usually, we start around 10 in the morning. The staff here mostly takes the metro or rides their scooters to get in. We do a lot of paperwork and talking on the phone. It can get a bit cramped when we have a few extra people in, but we make it work. The chai wallah around the corner knows exactly how we like our tea. We don't have a massive team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. It isn't the kind of place where you have a "boss" who stays in a separate room all day. We sit together. Sometimes the internet goes out for twenty minutes and we just sit around and talk about the cricket scores or the local news. It’s a practical way to run things. We keep our files organized in metal cabinets and try to stay on top of the schedule. Nothing too fancy, just honest work happening in a normal Delhi street.
