Rr Infotech is located at 750/1 Janakpuri, and we’ve been here for a good bit of time. It’s a typical office space, nothing too special to look at from the street. We deal with computers, software, and whatever tech issues people bring through the door. Usually, the floor is littered with cables and old monitors we’re trying to fix or move out. It’s a bit messy, but that’s how we work best. There are four of us here regularly. We don’t have a big reception desk or anything like that. You just walk in and one of us will probably be looking at a screen. We handle stuff for small businesses nearby and some of the families living around Janakpuri too. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait it out, which is just how things go around here. We aren't trying to be the biggest tech firm in the city. We just want to get the repairs done and keep the systems running for the people who rely on us. Most of our day is spent typing away or taking apart hardware that’s seen better days. It's honest work, and we appreciate the people who keep coming back to us. We try to be fair and just tell it like it is. If something can’t be fixed, we say so. We’ve got a small kettle for tea in the corner and that’s about as fancy as it gets for us.
