Our office is located at B-157 in Vikas Vihar, which is over in the Uttam Nagar area of New Delhi. It is a bit of a walk from the main road, but it’s a quiet enough spot once you get there. We deal with skill development and management. Mostly, that involves a lot of organizing schedules and talking to people about what training they need. The office is pretty simple with just the basic furniture we bought a few years back. We aren't trying to look like a big multinational company. We are just a local private limited company trying to keep things running. Sometimes the power goes out in this part of Uttam Nagar and we have to wait it out, but that’s just how it is living here. We have a small team of people who handle the files and the phone calls. Most days are filled with the sound of keyboards clicking and someone explaining a course over the phone. We don’t have a big sign out front, so you have to look for the house number in Vikas Nagar. It’s a very normal place to work. We like being in this part of Delhi because it feels more like a community than a business district. We spend our mornings planning the sessions and the afternoons dealing with the paperwork that always seems to pile up on the corner desk.
