Rohit Industries Group Ltd. is located at UG 10 in Shivlok House II, which is part of the Karampura Commercial Complex. It’s a bustling commercial area, and our office is right in the thick of it. Being on the upper ground floor makes it easy for people to stop by. We’ve been operating from this complex for years and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. The office itself is pretty simple—just a few rooms with desks and a lot of files. We deal with various industrial matters under the Rohit Industries Group Ltd. name. It’s not a fancy setup, but it’s where we get everything done. There’s usually a lot of noise from the other businesses in the complex, but we’ve grown used to it over time. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees in this office. We are a smaller team that handles the daily tasks and coordinates things. Some days are more stressful than others, especially when we have a lot of orders coming in at once. We don't use fancy titles or have big corporate meetings. We just talk across the desks and figure out what needs to happen next. It’s a very practical way to run a business. We like being in Karampura because it’s central and everyone knows where Shivlok House II is. It’s just our home base for work. We keep the kettle going and stay focused on our tasks.
