You can find us at Shubham Enclave, specifically at B-31 on the first floor near Gate Number 3. It's a decent spot in the North West part of Delhi. We started this company to handle overseas business without making things too difficult for everyone involved. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s just a place where we sit down and get to work every morning. We handle a lot of paperwork because that’s just how this industry is. There’s no big corporate vibe here. We talk to each other like regular people and we treat our customers the same way. It gets a bit busy towards the end of the month when shipments are due. We might be small, but we stay busy. The area around Gate 3 is usually alright, not as loud as the main markets where we used to work. We like it because we can actually hear ourselves think. We aren't trying to be world-beaters. We just want to do our job and make sure nothing gets lost in transit. Most of our day is spent tracking things or talking to agents. It's a lot of repetitive work, but someone has to do it. We've been here for a while and the neighbors know us. It’s a steady pace and we don’t feel the need to rush or act like we’re bigger than we are. We just keep our heads down and work. It's a quiet office but we get things done.
