Ritco Logistics Pvt. Ltd., Gurgaon, is actually located at E-3/62 in Chankya Place-I. We are in Gali No. 31, which is right opposite C-1 Janak Puri in the Uttam Nagar area of New Delhi. It can be a little confusing because the name says Gurgaon, but our physical office is firmly in Delhi 110059. The lane is quite narrow, like most galis in Uttam Nagar, so you have to be careful when you’re driving down here. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and it’s a very local feel. The office is tucked away, and we are surrounded by our neighbors' homes and other small businesses. It’s a far cry from the big glass towers of Gurgaon. We deal with a lot of transport and logistics coordination from this small room. There are always bikes parked outside and people walking by. Inside, it’s mostly just us, a few phones, and some old wooden desks. We keep track of everything on our systems, but the atmosphere is very grounded. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us. We just handle the bookings and the logistics queries as they come in. Being opposite Janak Puri is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. It’s a busy, noisy, and real part of Delhi. We like it here because we are close to the main transport hubs, even if the gali itself is a bit tight.
