Retired As E.E. (Civil) In Delhi Govt.

I used to work as an Executive Engineer for the Delhi Government for a long time. Now that I am retired, I spend most of my days at home in Janak Puri. My address is C-3A / 37-A, and I have been in this part of New Delhi for quite a while. When you work in civil engineering for the government, you see how the city is built from the ground up. It was a lot of responsibility dealing with roads and buildings and all the paperwork that comes with it. Now, I don't have to worry about those big projects anymore. I still like to keep an eye on how things are being constructed around Janak Puri though. Old habits are hard to break. My house is a quiet place. I have some neighbors I talk to, and we sometimes discuss the local news or how the weather is changing. Being retired gives me time to do things I couldn't do before, like reading or just taking it easy. I am not looking to start a new career or anything. I just wanted a place to put down my details. The 110058 area is quite busy, but my street is okay. Dealing with the government for years taught me a lot about patience. I'm just a regular person living a normal life in Delhi now. It's funny how life changes after you stop working every day.
