Remind Brain And Mind Centre

Our centre is at J1/162 A in the Doctor Complex, right in Rajouri Garden. We are tucked behind Grover Sweets, which is a place most people around here know well. It’s also very close to the Rajouri Garden Metro Station, so getting here isn't too much trouble. We work on things related to the brain and the mind. It’s a small, quiet space in a busy part of West Delhi. People come to us when they have a lot on their mind or are dealing with stress and other issues. We’ve been here for several years now. We don’t have a flashy office or a big team of receptionists. It’s just a simple, local place where we talk to people. We try to keep the atmosphere calm because the world outside is so loud. We aren't interested in using a lot of medical jargon. We just try to have normal conversations about what’s going on with someone's mental health. Being in the Doctor Complex means there are other medical folks around, but we mostly just do our own thing. It’s a modest setup. We don't do any big promotions. Most folks find us because they live nearby or someone told them about us. We just stay focused on helping the people who walk through our door behind the sweet shop. It’s what we do at Remind. We just take it day by day.
