We are located at Street Number 4 in Virender Nagar, which is a busy little part of New Delhi. Our office is a small, two-story building that has been our base for Relogistics India for quite a while now. It’s not a fancy glass building like you might see in Gurgaon. It’s a real place in a real neighborhood. The streets around us are narrow, so we have to be careful when we have bigger vehicles coming through. Inside, the office is packed with files and old boxes. We don't have much extra space, so every corner is used for something. We spend a lot of time on the phone, coordinating with people across the city. The noise from the street is always there, from the vegetable sellers to the honking cars, but we find it helps us stay energized. We’re a small group of people who have worked together for years. We don’t use any complicated systems. A lot of our planning happens on a big paper calendar on the wall. We try to be straightforward with our customers. If a shipment is stuck in Delhi traffic, we don't make excuses, we just tell them how it is. Our furniture is old and the tea we make is a bit too sweet, but it feels like home to us.
