We are located in Moti Nagar, right on the first floor of building 19/18A. Ashok Kumar Raniwal is the one leading the way here. It’s a lively part of Delhi, and there’s always a lot of movement and noise coming from the street below. Our office is quite small and humble. We handle logistics, which basically means we are the ones making sure things get from one place to another. We don't have any fancy signs or a big corporate office. It’s just a few of us working together in a room filled with files and computers. Most of our day is spent on the phone, talking to drivers or checking on the status of different shipments. We don't have any big slogans or marketing talk. We just try to do the work as best as we can. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when several things happen at once, but we just take it one step at a time. The office has a very local feel to it. We usually have a bit of chai in the afternoon and talk about what’s going on in the neighborhood. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Delhi. We just want to provide a decent service and keep our customers satisfied. It’s a very straightforward and practical way of doing business. We’ve been here for a while and we like the rhythm of Moti Nagar. It’s just a group of normal people doing their daily work and trying to do it well.
