Our office is tucked away in Mohan Garden, right near Surendra Public School in Uttam Nagar. Reliable Travels & Cargo Pvt.Ltd. has been operating out of S-61 for quite some time now. It’s a tight-knit area. We see the kids going to school every morning while we open up the shutters. Dealing with travel and cargo means we have people coming in for tickets and others wanting to send big bags to another state. It’s a mix of different things happening at once. The office gets a bit cramped when there are too many people, but we make it work. We have maps on the wall and old files stacked in the corners. It’s not always quiet. There’s usually someone on the phone arguing about a bus timing or a missing parcel. We do our best to keep track of everything in our notebooks. The neighborhood is loud and busy, which is just part of being in this side of Delhi. We don’t have a fancy reception desk. You just walk in and talk to whoever is sitting there. We’ve grown to know the local shopkeepers well. Sometimes we share lunch. It is a simple operation. We just handle the bookings and the shipments as they come. There is always something to do, so we just stay busy and keep the work moving along as best as we can every single day without too much fuss.
