We've been here in Mayapuri Industrial Area Phase 2 for quite some time now. Our spot is B-73. It's a busy part of the city, always trucks moving and noise from the other shops. We deal with magnets. It's not the cleanest work, but it keeps us busy. Most days start early, around 9 AM, and we stay until the sun goes down. People come by looking for specific magnetic parts for their machines. Sometimes they have a sample, other times they just explain what they need. We just try to get the orders done right. The shop floor is usually a bit messy with metal scraps and packing materials, but that’s how it is when you’re actually making things. It’s a small team here. We know each other well. Some of us have been working at Reeco India Magnetics for years. We aren't trying to be some big corporate office. It's just a place where work happens. The heat in Mayapuri gets pretty bad in the summer, especially with the machinery running, but we have some fans going. If you’re looking for the place, it’s tucked in between a few other factories. You might miss the sign if you aren't looking closely. We handle a lot of different sizes and shapes of magnets depending on what the customer asks for. It’s straightforward work. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just the workshop and a small desk where we handle the paperwork.
