Redeem Consulting Services (Opc) Privatelimited is located at B-84 on the third floor in Tagore Garden Extension. We are pretty close to Holy Child School, which is the main landmark we tell everyone to look for when they’re trying to find us. Being on the third floor means we have to walk up quite a few steps, but it gives us a bit of a view of the street below. The office itself is just a regular room that we’ve filled with desks and cabinets. It’s where we sit and do our consulting work every day. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a lot of high-tech gadgets everywhere. It’s mostly just us and our laptops. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small businesses, so it feels very grounded. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when school lets out, but we don’t mind the energy. We focus on the work at hand, whether it’s sorting out a client’s problem or finishing up some reports. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company in Delhi; we just want to do our jobs well and go home at the end of the day. There is always tea being made in the small corner we use as a pantry. We keep things honest and practical here, dealing with the ups and downs of a small business without any pretension. It’s just how we like to work.
