Recruiting India

Our office is 402-A in Jaina Tower-2. We are right in Janakpuri, very close to the Janakpuri West Metro Station, which makes it easy for people to reach us for interviews. We help people find jobs and help companies find staff. It is a lot of phone calls and looking through resumes. Some days the phones do not stop ringing. We have been in this building for a while now. It is a typical office setup with computers, files, and lots of tea and coffee. We are not a massive agency; we are just a few of us trying to match the right person with the right opening. It is not always a perfect science. Sometimes a candidate does not show up for an interview, or a company changes their mind at the last minute. That is just how the recruitment business goes. We talk to people from all over India, but since we are in Delhi, a lot of our work is local. We do not use complicated software or fancy algorithms. We just talk to people and see if they have the skills needed for the job. It is practical work. Janakpuri is a busy area, and being near the metro really helps when candidates need to come in for a chat. We just try to keep things moving and help people get hired. It is a lot of paperwork, but it keeps us busy.
