Real Estate Square Llp

We’ve been working out of Punjabi Bagh for a while now, specifically over at Plot No 27 on North West Avenue Road. Our office is on the second floor, right near the club, so it’s a familiar spot for most people in this part of town. Real Estate Square Llp is basically just a few of us handling the usual property matters that come up daily. We deal with buying, selling, and leasing, mostly focusing on the local streets we know best. It’s not a big corporate setup or anything like that. Some days it’s quiet, and other days we’re drowning in paperwork and phone calls from people asking about prices. We try to be straightforward about what’s available and what isn't. The area around the club gets busy, but we like being in the middle of it all. We don’t have any fancy sales pitches or complicated strategies. Usually, it’s just a conversation about what someone is looking for and whether we can find it in our files. We spend a lot of time visiting sites and making sure things are in order. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow, but once you’re here, it’s a decent space to sit and talk. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We just keep doing our bit, helping neighbors find a place or move on to something else. It’s practical work and keeps us busy enough for now.
