Rang Karwan Foundation

We’ve been based out of Unity Villa for a bit now, specifically up in Flat 202 over in Mansaram Park. Uttam Nagar is always busy, so getting to the office at E 98/99 can be a bit of a trip depending on the traffic that morning. It’s not a huge space, but it’s where we get things done. Most days, it’s just a few of us sitting around desks, handling paperwork and making calls. Sometimes the neighbors in the building pop by just to say hello. It feels like a regular home that we turned into a workspace because that’s basically what it is. We didn’t want a fancy corporate office in some glass building because this feels more like the community we’re actually in. There’s a tea stall just down the road that we visit way too often. The stairs can be a bit tiring if the lift is acting up, but you get used to it. We just try to keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing without making a big fuss about it. It’s quiet enough for us to focus, though you can always hear the horns honking from the main road if the windows are open. We’ve got some old chairs and a table that wobbles a little, but it works for us. That’s pretty much how we operate here at Rang Karwan Foundation. Just local people trying to stay busy and help out where we can.
