We are located in Mayapuri, New Delhi, which is a pretty hectic place if you know the area. Randhir Dhaliwal Clinic is just a small spot in this big city, but we do our best to help the people who live and work around here. Mayapuri is known for its industrial feel and the heavy traffic, so our clinic is a bit of a quiet corner compared to the streets outside. We get a lot of workers from the local shops coming in with various aches and pains. The clinic isn't very large, just a couple of rooms and a front desk where we keep all the files. We still use a lot of paper records because that’s how we’ve always done it. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. The heat in Delhi during the summer is no joke, so we have the AC running most of the day, though it struggles sometimes. We don't have a big sign or bright lights. Most people just know our name and where to find the door. It’s a simple operation run by a small group of people who have been together for a long time. We see people from all walks of life here. Some are just passing through, while others have been coming to us for years. It’s just a normal clinic in a busy part of Delhi, and we are happy with that.
