Ramji Bhatia Resort Private Limited

We are over at C-165 in Mayapuri Phase-II. It’s an industrial area, so there’s a lot of metal work and warehouses around us. Not exactly where you’d expect a resort company like Ramji Bhatia Resort Private Limited to be, but we like it here. It’s practical. Our space is basically a converted part of a larger industrial building. It has high ceilings and the sound of machinery from the neighbors is always in the background. We have a couple of desks and some old filing cabinets. It’s not pretty, and there aren't any fancy decorations. We just focus on the business. Mayapuri is a tough place, very dusty and busy with trucks all day long. Getting here can be a bit of a challenge with the traffic, but we’ve been here for years. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny office. We just want to get the work done. Most of our time is spent on the computer or talking to people about property details. We have a small kettle for making tea and that’s about as fancy as it gets. It’s a real, working-class part of Delhi, and we fit right in. We don't use big words or have corporate meetings. We just sit down, look at what needs to be done, and do it. It’s a straightforward way to run things, and it works for us in this part of the city. We don't need much.
