We are based on the second floor of D-34B in Moti Nagar, New Delhi. If you know the area, it’s a busy part of the city with a lot of shops and people everywhere. Telecom is a fast-moving field, but our office stays pretty grounded. We spend a lot of our time coordinating things over the phone or looking at technical drawings for towers and networks. It’s a lot of logistical work that most people don’t really see. The office isn't anything special to look at—just desks, some computers, and a lot of cables. We aren't trying to look like a high-tech startup from a movie. We’re just a bunch of regular people making sure the telecom infrastructure side of things is handled properly. Sometimes it gets loud outside with the Delhi traffic, but we’re used to it by now. We don't go in for big mission statements or long speeches. We just have a list of things that need to be done every day and we work through them until the sun goes down. Most of the people we deal with are other technicians or project managers who just want the facts. We keep our communication simple and try not to overcomplicate the technical stuff. It’s a solid way to work and it has served us well being here in Moti Nagar. The stairs to the second floor are a bit steep, but they keep us moving throughout the day.
