Raj Clinic

Our clinic, Raj Clinic, is right at Y862 in the Nangloi area. If you live around here, you know how busy these streets get. There is always someone walking by or a bike honking. Our shop is just a small space tucked into the block. We have some basic wooden benches for people to sit on while they wait. It isn’t the quietest place because of the location, but it’s where we are every day. We start early, usually around the time the local markets begin to open up. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but they are fine for now. We have a small desk where we keep our register and some pens. People from the neighborhood drop in for all sorts of small things. We don’t have a big waiting room, so sometimes it gets a bit crowded inside. We just try to help whoever comes through the door as best as we can. Nangloi is a crowded place, and we are just one small part of it. We see a lot of familiar faces from the nearby houses and shops. It’s a lot of the same routine every day, but that’s how a local clinic usually runs. We don’t have fancy machines or anything, just the basics that a regular person needs when they aren't feeling well. We stay until late evening most days when the street lights come on and the traffic finally slows down.
