Raghav Clinic

Our clinic is located on Mubarakpur Road in Gaurav Nagar, which is part of the Nangloi area. It’s a place that stays busy from morning until late at night. The road outside is always full of rickshaws and people heading to work. The clinic itself is quite simple. We have a front door that opens right onto the street, so a bit of dust always manages to get inside no matter how much we sweep. Inside, we have a small area where the doctor sits and a separate place for patients to wait. The walls are painted a pale blue, though the paint is starting to peel a little near the ceiling corner. We have a big water jug for anyone who’s thirsty. Most of our patients are locals from Gaurav Nagar. They come in with their kids or their elderly parents. We know many of them by name after all these years of being here. There isn't a lot of extra space, so things can feel a bit tight when there are four or five people waiting. We keep the patient files in big plastic crates under the main desk. The lights are those long tube lights that flicker for a second before they stay on. It’s just a neighborhood clinic where people come when they aren’t feeling well. We keep the doors open six days a week and just handle whatever comes through the door.
