QUINTAS HOTELS & RESORTS (OPC) PRIVATELIMITED

This is a small setup in Mohan Garden, right in the Ram Chander Enclave area of Uttam Nagar. Being a one-person company means I wear a lot of hats throughout the day. I have got the office on the first floor of House Number 2. Quintas Hotels & Resorts is basically my way of staying busy in the travel and stay business. It is not a huge operation with hundreds of employees. It is just me and a couple of helpers when things get busy. I spend most of my mornings checking on bookings and talking to people on the phone. Mohan Garden is a crowded place, but it feels like home. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, but once you are inside, it is quiet enough to work. I handle the resorts and hotel side of things from this desk. I have lived in Delhi for a long time, so I know how the city works. Sometimes the electricity goes out, and I have to wait it out, but that is just part of living here. I do not use big words to describe what I do. I just try to make sure everything is in order for the people who use our services. It is a lot of manual tracking and writing things down in ledgers. I like the independence of running my own thing. I keep a small calendar on the wall to mark off the days and important meetings.
