Our office is located in Rajouri Garden, specifically in room 302 of Gupta Palace. If you have ever spent time in this part of Delhi, you know it is always crowded and finding a parking spot is a real challenge. Pulsar Coating Equipments is tucked away on the third floor. It is a small, compact space filled with files and the constant sound of people typing. We have been in this building long enough that the security guards know our faces. It is definitely not a flashy corporate setup. We just have some basic desks, chairs, and a few equipment samples sitting on the shelves. Most of the staff has been working here for years, so we have become a small family. We know exactly how everyone likes their tea. Work gets a bit stressful when we have a big shipment pending, but we usually manage to get through it. We do not do those big motivational meetings or have posters on the walls. We just talk across the desks to get things sorted. It is much easier that way. Sometimes we just order lunch from the food stalls downstairs and eat while we work. We focus on the coating equipment we handle and try to keep the messy paperwork as organized as possible. It is a busy life in a very busy neighborhood, and we are used to the pace. We just come in every morning and do what needs to be done without making a big deal out of it.
