Propequity

Propequity is our company, and we operate out of Janakpuri in New Delhi. Our address is B-1/B-36, which is right in the heart of the 110058 zip code area. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and it works well for us. Janakpuri is a lively part of town, but our office space is where we hunker down to look at all things related to property and equity data. We spend a lot of our time looking at numbers and reports. It might sound a bit dry to some people, but it’s what we’re good at. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything designed to impress people who walk in off the street. It’s mostly just desks, monitors, and a lot of focus. We like the fact that we’re in a recognizable part of Delhi like Janakpuri. It makes it easy for people to find us when they need to stop by. Our team is pretty straightforward. We don't go in for all the corporate talk you hear at bigger firms. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. We might have a lot of data on our hands, but we try to explain things in a way that actually makes sense. It’s a busy office, and sometimes it gets a bit messy with all the maps and printouts, but we know where everything is. We just keep working away from our B-1/B-36 location, trying to make sense of the market one day at a time without overcomplicating things or making unrealistic promises.
