My workspace is over at Shivaji Park in Soami Nagar, specifically at A-5. It’s a comfortable spot that I’ve set up over the last few years. The neighborhood is fairly calm, which helps when I need to concentrate on the finer details of what I’m doing. I didn’t want a big office in a commercial building, so this setup at home works out much better for me. The room I use is mostly taken up by a large desk and a couple of bookshelves that are starting to sag under the weight of all the stuff I keep on them. I have a routine of making a pot of tea in the morning and then sitting down to see what the day brings. It’s not always organized perfectly. Sometimes I’ll have three different things going on at once and the desk disappears under a mess of notes. I like being able to work at my own pace without the pressure of a big corporate environment. People in the area know me, and I occasionally run into someone I know while I’m out getting a snack. It’s a very local way of doing things. I don't have any fancy signs outside or a dedicated waiting room. If someone comes by, we just sit in the living area or at my desk. It’s practical, honest, and it’s exactly how I prefer to run things.
