We are based in Mayapuri Industrial Area, Phase 1. Our place is on the third floor of B-125. Being in an industrial area means things are always moving, there's always trucks and noise. We do a lot of trading and importing of different goods. The office is where all the paperwork happens. It’s not a very fancy place, just a workspace where we keep track of shipments and talk to our suppliers. We’ve been here for a while and we’re used to the grit of the industrial zone. It gets hot in the summer, but we keep the fans going. Our work is mostly about making sure things get from one place to another without too much trouble. We deal with customs and transport and all those boring details that keep a business running. We don’t spend money on big signs or polished marketing. Most of our contacts come from years of being in the trade. We just handle the day-to-day stuff, answer the emails, and check the cargo lists. It’s a simple operation, really. Just a few people in a third-floor office making sure the numbers add up at the end of the day. There is always a layer of dust on the windows from the factories nearby, but we don't mind. We just focus on the containers and the schedules. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking manifests, but we get through it.
