Our office is at A 4/7 in Mianwali Nagar. It’s a decent, quiet spot in New Delhi where we’ve been running PPN Properties for a while. We aren't a big company with lots of staff. It’s just a handful of us working out of this space. The office is quite plain. We have a few desks, some mismatched chairs, and a lot of folders. We don't believe in spending money on fancy interiors. We’d rather just get the work done. Mianwali Nagar has a nice local feel to it. We know most of the other business owners nearby. Our day usually starts with a lot of phone calls and checking on various property details. In the afternoon, we’re often out and about, so the office can be a bit empty then. There’s a cracked tile in the hallway that we’ve been meaning to fix for months. We just haven't gotten around to it yet. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a corporate image. We just provide straightforward information about properties. Sometimes the delivery guys get lost finding our house number, so we spend a bit of time giving directions over the phone. We have a small kettle for making tea, and that’s about as fancy as it gets here. It’s a practical way to work, and it keeps us grounded in the local community.
