Play Craft Traders

Play Craft Traders is located at 82/12, Block No. 2 in the Whs Kirti Nagar area. If you’ve ever been to Kirti Nagar, you know it’s basically just one giant warehouse district after another. Our spot is pretty much like the others—concrete floors, big metal shutters, and a lot of shelf space. We deal with toys and craft items, so the place is usually a bit brighter than the furniture warehouses around us. There are boxes of plastic parts and finished toys stacked up to the ceiling. It’s a busy place. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and then more time unloading trucks that pull up into the block. The dust is a constant battle, but that’s just life in an industrial area. We don't have a carpeted office or any of that. We just have a small corner with a desk and a computer where we keep track of the stock. It’s loud because of the traffic and the other businesses nearby, but we like the pace. Most days we are just moving things from one side of the room to the other to make space for a new shipment. We have a couple of guys who help with the heavy lifting. We usually have lunch together on one of the packing tables. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done and we’ve been doing it this way for quite a while now without any complaints.
