Planet Digital

Planet Digital is up on the first floor at 1/108 in W.H.S Kirti Nagar. You have to walk up some narrow stairs to get to us. The building is older, but inside we have our computers and printers set up. Kirti Nagar is always busy, especially with all the timber and furniture shops nearby. There is always the sound of saws and hammers outside, but inside we are just doing our digital stuff. It is a bit of a contrast. We started out with just one machine and a lot of hope. Now we have a few more, but it is still a small operation. The walls are covered with old test prints that we never bothered to take down. It gives the place some character, I guess. We spend a lot of time looking at screens. Our eyes get tired by the end of the day. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp. It is not a fancy office. The chairs do not match and the table is a bit wobbly. But the gear works, and that is what matters to us. We do not do much marketing. Usually, it is just people from the neighborhood who need something printed or designed. We know most of the people who walk through the door. It is nice having that connection. Sometimes we stay late to finish a job, and the whole area is quiet by then. It is a good place to work.
