Pearls Buildwell Infrastructure Ltd. isn't a fancy name, it just describes what we do. We are mostly involved in local infrastructure projects which keeps our small team on their toes. The office is a busy place, but not in a corporate way. It’s more about stacks of paper and people coming in with mud on their boots. We don't have a receptionist to greet you; you just walk in and find someone to talk to. It’s a bit of a tight space but it works for what we need. We’ve lived in this part of the city for years, so we know how the traffic and the local markets work. The school nearby means it gets a bit noisy in the mornings and afternoons, but we don't mind the energy. We spend our time checking on site progress and making sure the supplies are getting to where they need to go. It’s a lot of juggling, and sometimes we drop the ball, but we always pick it back up. We don’t have any big mission statements. We just want to finish the projects we started and move on to the next one. It’s just a normal business doing its best in a busy city.
