Gee Motor

Gee Motor is located over at W-208 in the Pvc Market in Jawala Puri. If you’ve ever been to this market, you know it’s a maze of shops and stalls. We are right near the Sai Baba Mandir, which is a good landmark because people are always coming and going from there. The market is loud, with people shouting and vehicles honking all day long. It can be a bit overwhelming if you aren't used to it. At W-208, we have our small space carved out. It’s filled with the smell of rubber and plastic, which is typical for the Pvc Market. I spend most of my day standing or sitting on a small stool near the front. Gee Motor is a small operation. We don’t have a team of secretaries or a fancy lobby. It’s just us. Sometimes the rain leaks a little through the roof when it’s really pouring, and we have to move things around to keep them dry. The Sai Baba Mandir gives the area a bit of a calm feeling despite all the commercial chaos outside. We get our tea from the vendor across the lane, and he knows exactly how we like it. It’s a tough environment sometimes, especially in the heat, but it’s where we belong. We’ve known the other shop owners in Jawala Puri for years. We all just try to make a living and get through the day's work.
